You can ask about structural techniques, dialogue vs narration, using pov effectively in general and so on. We cannot determine what POV or tense you should write in. It is your responsibility as the writer to come up with details of plot, character, character motivation, setting and magic/technological systems, mystery details, the beginning and ending to your story, and any other specific content direction.
